TracyMac
The Host - Tracy “TracyMac” McNeil, known as “The Self-Discovery Companion,” is a Christ-centered leader with over 30 years of experience in public service, ministry, and personal development. She is the owner of TRACYMAC Solutions For Life, CEO of Peace Place, LLC, and TRACYMAC Publishing. Her career began in Okinawa, Japan, where she became a life coach, and has since evolved into a multifaceted journey blending government, corporate, non-profit, and ministry leadership.
A certified life coach, trainer, and mentor, TracyMac is passionate about empowering others toward self-discovery, wellness, and emotional well-being. She holds a degree in Behavioral Science and is pursuing a Master of Practical Theology. Ordained since 1994, she has also served as a mediator, certified conflict resolution trainer, and national Mental Health First Aid instructor.
As the creator and host of the Peace Place Podcast (formerly BWWP), TracyMac provides a virtual space for Black women to find empowerment and healing. A three-time bestselling author and speaker, she has inspired countless individuals through her coaching, books, and media features, including on Radio One. Her community impact has earned her recognition, including awards such as the Who’s Who of Black Raleigh and Durham and Top Ladies of Distinction’s "Everyday Heroes."
In her role as Pastor/Chaplain of Peace Place For Me Community, TracyMac leads an inclusive virtual space focused on spiritual and holistic growth. She blends pastoral care, chaplaincy, and life coaching to support the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of others.
TracyMac’s dedication to community service is reflected in her work as a board member of Families Together, Inc. of Wake County, where she advocated for homeless children and families. She has also served on the board of the Wake County Public School System Business Alliance and is currently serving on the board of the Thrive Resource Center.
Her personal life reflects her values, she has been happily married for over 30 years to Owen, a retired Navy veteran, and together they are proud parents of Jayda, who is pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Winston-Salem State University. Known for her joyful spirit, sense of humor, and love of music, TracyMac continues to inspire others in every aspect of her life.
